Meet the Board - Amy Hernandez

Amy Hernandez is a new member of the Catalina Foothills Asscoiation board.  She has been with the law firm of Piccarreta Davis PC for eight years.  She focuses her practice on plaintiff’s medical malpractice, legal malpractice, and personal injury.  Amy has served and continues to serve on many legal committees, sections, and boards as a member, past chair, and past president, in an effort to improve the legal profession.  Prior to becoming a lawyer, she proudly served as a military intelligence analyst in the United States Army.  Amy also sits as a board member for the Junior Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF). She balances these responsibilities against her most important mission—taking care of her family and raising kind, competent children.

Transportation Survey
Imagine Greater Tucson has joined with Pima Association of Governments (PAG) to get your feedback for PAG's upcoming Regional Transportation Plan Update. This short, interactive survey is designed to help explore future transportation priorities. What things are most important to you? The purpose is to look at transportation possibilities and options regionally, not to address site-specific projects. The information collected will influence future regional transportation decisions and plans, specifically the upcoming Regional Transportation Plan Update that identifies future major transportation projects for our region.

Imagine Greater Tucson supports increased density, mixed-use zoning, and more public transportation.  Click here to learn more about their vision.

The survey should take no more than 10 minutes
and will be accessible through September 22, 2013.  Click here to access the survey.
We want to hear from you!

Ally Miller to speak at our Annual Meeting, January 28th 2013

For the first time in 12 years, the Catalina Foothills, Casas Adobes, and Oro Valley areas will be represented by a new voice on the Pima County Board of Supervisors. Ann Day, who has served as supervisor since January 2001, is retiring at the end of her term in early January 2013 and Ally Miller was elected in November to fill that position.

Ally Miller is the featured speaker at the annual meeting of the Catalina Foothills Association on Monday, January 28th. The public is invited to attend the meeting. This first introduction to our area’s new supervisor will be held at St. Philips Church on the northeast corner of River and Campbell. Doors open at 6:30 pm, meeting starts at 7:00 pm. Stay tuned for information about this meeting.
